鉴衡认证参加2018IEC TC82 WG2春季会议——2018年4月16日-20日会议速览（一）

IEC TC82WG2春季会议于2018年4月16日~ 20日在美国特拉华州的威尔明顿(Wilmington, Delaware)召开，来自全球各地的认证及校准机构、组件生产商、原辅材料生产商、实验室和高校研究机构的代表与会参与讨论。鉴衡认证代表参加IEC TC82会议，是为数不多的来自中国的参会者之一，积极参加IEC标准讨论，在会议现场为大家带回IEC标准的最新动态。

• TC82 WG2代表什么

TC82是IEC第82个委员会（TC82），是专门负责光伏能源领域标准化工作的国际技术组织。TC82委员会包含8个工作组：WG1-术语组、WG2-非聚光组件组、WG3-系统组、WG6-系统平衡部件组、WG7-聚光组件组和WG8-光伏电池组。其中最为活跃、最为熟知的是工作组WG2，主要负责光伏组件和零部件相关的IEC标准制定。

•  IECTC82 WG2会议

IEC TC82 WG2通常每年度举办两次会议，本次会议为2018年IECTC82 WG2的春季会议。2018年秋季会议将会于今年10月份在韩国釜山举办。2019年春季会议将会在德国布伦瑞克(Braunschweig)举办

IEC 61215-2:2016的更正案1地面用光伏组件 设计鉴定和定型 第2部分:试验程序

IEC 61215 second editions (Ingrid Repins)


 

来自NREL的Ingrid Repins为大家展示IEC 61215系列标准的第二版本将要做出的更改，Kyumin Lee提议在IEC 61215-2第二版本的测试序列中删除NMOT测试，得到参会代表的一致同意。值得注意的是2016年发布的IEC 61215-2，已经在2018年3月8日发布了Corrigendum 1更正案1。

来自莱茵的Guido Volberg为大家介绍IEC 61730-2 amendment 1。

 

IEC 62788 Steering committee overview (Nancy Philips)

 

来自DoPont的Nancy Philips针对IEC 62788系列做整体标准介绍，因IEC 62788系列标准涉及7～8个主要分支，各个分支下还有详细标准分类。（例如IEC 62788-1-6 - 光伏组件的材料的测试程序 -第1-6部分：封装剂 - 确定EVA固化程度的测试方法）。目前该系列标准依旧尝试整合分类得更清晰，大会现场做了IEC 62788系列标准用户调查，讲会重点推进系列中更为重要、受到用户关注最多的标准分支。
