Strategic cooperation with TUV

In October 2014, CGC and TUV International GmbH (TUV) signed a strategic agreement to carry out “one test for two certificates”, which means these two agencies would both release certificate/report based on a same qualified testing report. Under the framework of this agreement, these two agencies will offer one-stop service to customers in wind power and solar PV industry. Chinese wind turbine manufacture Goldwind is the first customer of this new approach. And its wind turbines can get certificates from both sides if passing the testing.

Owing to “one test for two certificates”, Chinese manufacturers can short the time it takes to acquire certificate from international certification agencies, which will provide convenient supports for Chinese manufacturers to explore international market.

 Memorandum of Understanding with Citigroup

In September 2011, CGC signed a MOU with Citigroup, setting two parties would carry out cooperation in testing, certification and due diligence services. Mutual trust and communication in bilateral cooperation are achieved through this MOU.
